• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, allowing clients the option of virtual visits that emphasize convenience and comfort while delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, training, and peer supervision as part of a commitment to continuous clinical skill enhancement and staying abreast of emerging practices and trends in mental health care.

The individuals you will support through your counseling practice are primarily pre-screened, stable, and exhibiting low acuity mental health issues, which allows you to focus on delivering quality care without the complications of high-risk cases. Our clientele ranges across various demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families, each bringing unique experiences and therapeutic needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and improvement in their mental wellness journeys.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related mental health fields.
• An active, unrestricted license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot accept interns or therapists with limited permits who require supervision to practice individually.
• Proven independence in scheduling client appointments and managing cases effectively, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No disciplinary actions on your license, confirming your professionalism and ethical competence in the field.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices, emphasizing the importance of digital communication skills in fostering effective client connections.
• History of successful client engagements and demonstrative results in achieving therapeutic goals through tailored approaches.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to mental health care.
