McKesson Canada Specialty Health is seeking a highly motivated Product Business Analyst Intern to join our Product Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives that improve patient access to therapy and enhance the delivery of patient support programs.

As a Product Business Analyst Intern, you will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to help design, analyze, and improve digital solutions that support patients, healthcare providers, and internal operations. You will contribute to product discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design while gaining exposure to agile product development, healthcare technology, and emerging AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about healthcare innovation, technology, problem-solving, and creating meaningful patient experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Support product managers and business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Assist in mapping business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery activities.
  • Help translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other project artifacts.
  • Assist with testing activities, including coordination, test script writing during user acceptance testing and validation of business requirements.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
