About the Role
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, responsible for accurately creating, entering, and updating sales contracts for the entire company. If you possess a keen eye for detail, thrive in date-heavy environments, and enjoy ensuring information is accurate and accessible, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Draft and Review: Prepare, edit, and review sales contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Negotiate Terms: Facilitate contract negotiations between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risk.
  • Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee contracts from initial drafting through revisions, approvals, and final execution.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and pricing guidelines.
  • Track & Organize: Maintain accurate records and track contract status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management systems.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or sales operations (specifically handling B2B software or service contracts).
  • Legal Acumen: Strong understanding of contract terms, liability, and risk mitigation.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., DocuSign Insight, PandaDoc).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal terms to non-legal sales teams.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position will be $21-$23/hr. depending on experience.
