Experience: Applicant shall have held the rank of Fire Fighter performing suppression duties within a recognized fire agency in California for a minimum of three (3) years. Candidates may qualify under one of the following: Option 1 Bachelor's degree and (3) three years of experience + certification Option 2 Associate's degree and (6) six years of experience + certification Must have sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
