What You'll Do:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
Observe residents during and after medication passes
Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
Report refusals or concerns promptly
Complete narcotic counts per policy
Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
Follow infection control and safety standards
You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
Medication Administration certification
CPR and First Aid certification
Strong documentation and communication skills
Senior care experience preferred
