Job Title: Inventory/Teardown Tech

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $18 - $20/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Read work orders or follow verbal instructions.
* Identify, inspect, and track incoming and outgoing parts for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
* Load materials and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
* Clean, organize, remove packing dunnage, and keep work area clean.
* Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
* Set up parts for engineering review on tables by commodity/system, put away parts review are completed
Education and Experience (required):
* Minimum 1 - 2 years Inventory experience.
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of automotive experience, specifically disassembly/tear down
* Must have strong computer experience and tech savvy
* Must have own tools with rolling toolbox.
* Must have good organizational skills
* Must have good attention to detail
* Effective verbal communication skills, will be working with customers.
* Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
* Must have reliable attendance
* Valid Driver"s license
