Job description

General Job Description: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the R&D Agarose Supervisor and/or R&D Director. Responsible for running diagnostic tests as directed. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Company Vice President. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Experience: Experience with basic lab skills and Microsoft Word/Excel. Electrophoresis experience preferred.

Education / Training: College Degree is required. A degree in Chemistry or Biology is preferred. Will consider related fields of study.

Additional Requirements: Must pass pre-employment basic math calculations test for interview.
