Job description

We are seeing a candidate who oversees direct sales, channel development, market expansion, and commercial strategy execution. The ideal candidate has solid experience in capital equipment and scientific instrument sales, strong channel management capability, and proven success in driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Lead and execute national sales strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion within the scientific equipment sector
- Manage key accounts and strategic customers including research institutions, biotech firms, universities, hospitals, and industrial laboratories
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, maintain a strong pipeline, and lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations
- Build, train, and oversee a high-performing network of distributors and channel partners, ensuring KPI achievement and brand alignment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies, product launches, and overall commercial direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global leadership to manage budgets, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor"s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Must have 8-12 years of experience in laboratory equipment and/or scientific instrument sales
- Must have proven experience in capital equipment sales
- Must have experience selling to research labs, universities, pharma, biotech, or industrial customers
- Must be capable of working in a global matrix organization
