What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Plan and lead fun, developmentally appropriate activities using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Encourage children's curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence
  • Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive classroom management
  • Communicate with families about their child's day, development, and accomplishments
  • Observe children's interests and use them to create meaningful learning experiences
  • Work closely with Assistant Teachers, Resource Teachers, and school leadership
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and supervision
  • Participate in training, staff meetings, and professional development
