Job Description
HelloSubs (Formally Teaching Nomad) is seeking experienced and new teachers to join our substitute teacher pool. Teachers who join the pool will be eligible for daily and long term coverage opportunities at schools, with any of HelloSubs partner schools and organizations in the Houston metro area.
Payment and benefits:
  • Pay rate starting at $110 and up to $140 per day
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • W-2 employee of Teaching Nomad
  • Consistent work opportunities
  • No minimum work requirements, set your own schedule
  • We'll reimburse your background check expense

Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of teaching experience preferred; less can be considered
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited university
  • If no Bachelor's, 1+ years of teaching experience is required
  • Teaching/sub certification is helpful but not required
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
