Do you have a passion for shaping young minds and making a difference every day? Growing Futures Early Education Center is looking for enthusiastic and caring Substitute Teachers to join our team! If you enjoy working with children from infancy through age 5, this is a wonderful opportunity to step into a nurturing, engaging environment where your work truly matters.

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our classrooms by stepping in when regular teachers are absent. You’ll collaborate with our teaching teams to help plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. When leading a classroom, you’ll create a safe, positive, and enriching environment that meets the individual needs of every child while aligning with Head Start, state, and local standards.
