Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida has an opening for a full-time Teacher Aide for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (or equivalent), in education or related subject required.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent presentation skills with skill in use of instructional technologies, especially online communication technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
  • Good spelling and grammar are required.
  • Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
  • Must have a professional demeanor.
