About the Role

Zip Security just opened our new NYC office, and as our team continues to grow and scale, we’re looking for an Office Manager to help make it a place people are excited to come to every day. You’ll shape the energy and experience our team, new hires, candidates, customers, and other visitors feel when they walk through the door. From keeping the space organized and stocked to coordinating vendors, meals, events, and new-hire office setups, youll make sure the details are handled and the office runs smoothly. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves creating a welcoming, high‑functioning workplace and keeping things moving.

What You Will Build at Zip Security
  • Own the day‑to‑day operations and overall experience of our NYC office, making sure the space is organized, welcoming, and ready for the team each day.

  • Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly, from snacks, coffee, and supplies to

  • deliveries, facilities requests, and everyday workplace needs.

  • Manage office vendors and building relationships, coordinating maintenance, services, and other workplace logistics.

  • Create a smooth first‑day experience for new hires by coordinating desk setup, supplies,

  • badges, and other in‑office onboarding needs.

  • Coordinate team meals, meetings, celebrations, and company events, and serve as a friendly point of contact for employees and visitors.

  • Build simple, repeatable office processes that help the workplace scale smoothly as the team grow

What We’re Looking For
  • [Nice to have] 2-4 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, office coordination,or a similar role.

  • Experience independently owning day‑to‑day office operations in a fast‑paced environment;startup experience

  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented, with a proactive instinct for noticing what needs to get done and taking care of it.

  • A hospitality‑minded approach and genuine excitement about creating a great in‑officeexperience for employees, new hires, and visitors.
