Job Duties:
This position reports to the Estelle unit on a daily basis. Duties include direct contact with incarcerated inmates. Daytoday functions include providing case management services to inmates in the justice system. They serve as a liaison between youth, families, and other service providers. Case Managers use development strategies like cognitive behavioral tools, problem solving coaching and skill building exercise to help change unhealthy thought patterns and improve daily functioning.

you have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a strong understanding of TDCJ policies and procedures.
