Traffic Administrator – MILAIR Operations
Location: Fort Bragg, NC Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Administrator (MILAIR Focus) to support HQ USASOC administrative airlift operations. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, tracking, and coordinating MILAIR transportation requests while ensuring compliance with DoD and USASOC regulatory guidance. The ideal candidate has experience with MILAIR systems, understands Joint operations planning processes, and is comfortable operating within classified environments. Primary Responsibilities -Receive, review, process, and monitor administrative MILAIR transportation requests.
  • Utilize TC-AIMS, JOPES, COMPASS, and other systems of record to coordinate airlift support.
  • Evaluate transportation requests to maximize asset utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of validated MILAIR requests (minimum 7-year retention).
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to HQ USASOC and subordinate units.
  • Establish and maintain automated tracking and reporting tools.
  • Maintain and manage a USASOC Automated MILAIR Management System.
  • Monitor and report statistical and budgetary data as required by USASOC G-4.
  • Operate within classified databases and handle classified documentation.
  • Remain available for standby/on-call support as required. Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience supporting MILAIR operations.
  • CDL Proficiency in:
  • TC-AIMS
  • JOPES (Joint Operation Planning and Execution System)
  • COMPASS
  • Ability to access and work within classified systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to process high-volume requests (approx. 75/day).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
