Summary
The Wraparound and TBS Supervisor will take the lead in training, coaching and teaching our Behavioral Health Counselors! You should have experience working with youth with extreme behaviors, working with caregivers, and feel comfortable being in the home. You should have an understanding of billing Medi-Cal, IHBS sessions, and the Wraparound/TBS modalities. You should have demonstrated skills that are necessary to be a Family Specialist and Behavioral Health Counselor as well as a high level of experience working within teams and an understanding of working with teams and families in the home. The Supervisor will assist with onboarding and program orientation, support training and preparing Family Specialists, Peer Mentors and TBS staff to work within the Wraparound team and with TBS families. This position will support Family Specialist employees in improving their skills through training, live coaching and consultation. Attendance at county meetings as needed and a continual building of relationships with our community partners is expected. The Wraparound and TBS Supervisor will provide supervision and feedback to staff and execute staff meetings.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • Two years experience working with youth and/or in the mental health field

The estimated base pay for the Wraparound and TBS Supervisor is $27.00 to $32.00; additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.
