Job description

Helping Hands Health Services, Inc. is a highly structured, human service agency. Our focus is geared towards fostering healthy relationships with youth (4-21 years of age) who suffer from various emotional disorders and maladaptive behaviors. Our goal is to play an active role in the development of youth who need mild-severe levels of in-home support. We are presently in search of hiring individuals who will aid in the development of behavior management as it pertains to an assigned case load of clients.
Our clients enrolled in the TBS program can require between 10-40 hours of weekly in-home treatment. Our counselors must feel comfortable adapting their activities to match the goals and objectives outlined in each clients Treatment Plan. Each counselor will have a licensed, clinical supervisor to support and guide them with behavioral interventions.
Must have experience working with youth.
