Your Role at SIXT

• You lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels, with a primary focus on maximizing volume, margin, and market penetration  
• You identify new business opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, and strengthen existing relationships to drive sustained growth 
• You build trust-based relationships through consistent communication, reliable service, and deep understanding of client needs 
• You serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers
• You monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our vehicle pricing remains competitive and aligns with broader company goals  
• You proactively identify and address challenges within the remarketing process, from inventory management to buyer concerns 

Your Skills Matter

• Experience You have 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment with strong skills in influencing and negotiating a strong track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals
• Data-Driven Strategy & Market Analysis You analyze market trends and use data to shape pricing and sales strategies 
• Technical Proficiency You are experienced with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is a plus 
• Soft Skills You are detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently 
• Commitment to Excellence You use market insights to shape winning pricing and sales strategies.
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically within your territory up to 30% of the time and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
