What is a taxi manager?

Taxi Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of taxi services or companies. Their duties typically include managing drivers, scheduling shifts, handling customer complaints, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring all taxis comply with local regulations. They also coordinate maintenance, manage finances, and implement policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Taxi Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of taxi fleets.

To thrive as a Taxi Manager, you need strong organizational skills, knowledge of transportation regulations, and experience in fleet management, often backed by a relevant degree or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and scheduling platforms is typically required. Balancing driver satisfaction with customer service standards can also be demanding, especially during peak hours or in high-demand areas. Company description

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Data collectors will follow pre-assigned routes, focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest. To ensure the highest image quality, certain areas may need to be revisited during favorable weather conditions.
The duration of the project varies based on the scope of work required in each targeted data collection area. On average, the assignments involve 3 to 6 months of active work.
