Tax Supervisor

Hybrid | Fort Lauderdale, FL


A growing public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead and review complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and professional services clients.

This role is ideal for someone looking to expand leadership responsibilities while continuing to deepen technical expertise and client advisory experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Review individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, and gift tax returns
  • Manage client engagements and serve as a key day-to-day client contact
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues across multi-entity and multi-state structures
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and advisory solutions
  • Mentor and review the work of staff and seniors
  • Coordinate multiple engagements while ensuring quality and timely delivery 


What We’re Looking For

  • CPA preferred or actively pursuing
  • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience with individual and pass-through entity taxation
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with multi-state or multi-entity taxation preferred
