Summary:
This role is ideal for an experienced Tax Manager with a strong background in public accounting and complex tax planning. You will lead tax engagements, review returns, and provide strategic advisory services to privately held businesses. The position offers the opportunity to mentor staff, collaborate with leadership, and deliver high-value tax solutions across corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and review preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize client tax liabilities.
  • Research and analyze complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality and development of team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored tax solutions.
  • Support tax accounting, compliance, and consulting engagements.

Experience You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA license (required).
  • Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to work seasonal overtime as needed.
