Core Responsibilities:
  • Support Enrolled Agents with case preparation and tax resolution workflows
  • Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate case records
  • Collect, gather, organize, and validate client financial documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with basic tax resolution components under supervision
  • Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables and internal projects
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information in accordance with company policies
Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
