  • Independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firm managing over $400 million in assets for high-net-worth individuals, couples, and families

  • Provides financial and retirement planning services including wealth management, tax strategies, income solutions, protection, and legacy planning

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Meet with a steady flow of qualified prospects and convert them into long-term clients

  • Demonstrate the value of comprehensive financial planning strategies

  • Help clients achieve goals across investing, income, tax, protection, and legacy planning


KEY OUTCOMES: DELIVERING FINANCIAL ADVISORY EXCELLENCE

  • Meet with prospects and identify risks and opportunities in existing financial plans

  • Demonstrate value of comprehensive planning strategies

  • Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients

  • Build and communicate financial plans covering investing, income, tax, protection, and legacy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Education: Background in financial planning, tax, accounting, business, economics, or related field

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Financial Advisory and/or Wealth Management experience

  • Certifications: CFP® designation required

  • Licensing: Series 63, 65, or 66 required; Health and Life Insurance licenses required

  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong Excel skills required

  • Sales Ability: Ability to follow a sales process and confidently articulate financial concepts

  • Planning: Ability to build comprehensive financial plans across investing, income, tax, protection, and legacy
