Job description

Client:

  • Full service CPA firm for 30 years
  • 30% commission on ALL REVENUE brought in (No Cap)
  • FULLY PAID FOR BENEFITS by employer for Single and Family: health, vision, dental, and 401K match
  • In Office 5 days a week - 9:00 – 5:00 w. 1-hour for lunch from 12pm – 1pm

    *******additional time required during tax season*******

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Current and valid CPA license required.
  • Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and review of individual and corporate tax returns including but not limited to Forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041, 706, and 709
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and international
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a high-performing tax team
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Provide training and support to the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Oversee the company's tax department to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
