BILINGUAL Tax Preparer 

We are looking for an experienced BILINGUAL ENGLISH -SPANISH Tax Preparer to help our company with organizing tax payments and returns. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining records of tax payments, as well as recommending tax strategies and best practices to promote our company's financial well-being and ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.

Successful candidates should be interested in following updates to tax rules and laws. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to meet tight deadlines.

About the BILINGUAL Tax Preparer responsibilities 
  • Process tax payments together with necessary documentation for tax payments and returns

  • Estimate and organize tax returns

  • Analyze tax savings and develop propositions to increase profits

  • Create quarterly and annual tax reports

  • Develop recommendations for tax strategies to optimize the business model

  • Manage the company's tax database

  • Interact with the accounting department to share financial data

  • Monitor industry trends and changes in the taxes area
