We have a new role partnering with a growing, top-rated CPA and business advisory services firm here in the absolutely gorgeous city of Boca Raton, FL.


This is a locally owned CPA firm that helps hundreds of businesses in various industries including logistics, retail, distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and professional services. Services include Tax prep and review for C-Corps, S-Corps, estates, trusts, and partnerships.

Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Strong analytical and technical tax accounting skills with the ability to research and implement tax liability and asset protection strategies and having a strong management perspective as far as tax work for private and public businesses.
  • Ability to perform tax prep and review work with multiple entities including partnerships, C Corps, S Corps, High Net Worth -individuals, as well as trusts and estate entities.
  • Ability to be a good leader and interact well with other tax employees and act as a mentor and coach for more junior tax employees
  • Work with the partners and founders for reviewing any complex issues and or strategies for multiple clients


Qualifications & Experience Needed:


  • Bachelors Degree in accounting or equivalent (Finance, Business, Data analytics)
  • 4-6 years of public accounting experience, (CPA, advisory, finance, wealth planning accounting firm)-preferable of 5-7 years for a more senior tax role.
  • CPA preferred and or CPA in progress and ability to sit for CPA relatively soon
  • Enrolled Agent also acceptable with 4-6 years of public accounting experience, (CPA type firm)
  • Experienced in a variety of Tax / accounting software programs including CCH, Pro System, and or other tax planning software (Thompson Reuters)
  • Experience with tax review on C-Corp, S-Corp, individual, HNW, and complex entity arrangements
  • Detail oriented and great personal skills working with high profile clients, founders, CEOs, and VPs or multi million dollar organizations


Pay and Benefits of the Position:


  • $130,000-$170,000 salary per year +bonus
