Tax Manager, UHNWI


A dynamic CPA firm is looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to their team in San Francisco, CA. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established firm and positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Lead tax planning, consulting, and research to minimize client tax exposure
  • Serve as primary client contact, overseeing multiple engagements for deadlines, budgets, and quality
  • Supervise and mentor tax staff, and assist with IRS/state audits and correspondence
  • Collaborate with leadership on firm initiatives and stay current on tax law changes


Comp: Up to 155K

Full-time/ Direct-hire

On-site in San Francisco office


  • 10-15+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
  • CPA a must.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (Master's in Taxation preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Proven leadership/management experience
  • Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office (Lacerte a plus)
  • Experience with complex tax planning and high-net-worth clients strongly desired
