About the Role
Twitch Tax is looking to grow our fun and collaborative tax team!
We want to add an enthusiastic US and international tax manager to help support tax planning for Twitch's unique digital entertainment business. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Tax for Twitch who is based in Seattle, Washington

You will also closely collaborate with other members of our Twitch Tax team including individuals from both our tax planning and tax ops/compliance functions to address tax planning and related compliance efforts as Twitch continues to innovate and expand its business and respond to the ever-chaning landscape of US and international tax laws.
Our team works closely with our business, legal and finance cross-functional partners from both Twitch and Amazon, including advising on important Twitch projects, products, and initiatives, and also coordinating key tax positions and analysis across the broader suite of Amazon's digital businesses.
You can work in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA.
You Will
- Analyze and document U.S. and non-U.S

direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance impacts of Twitch projects, programs, products, and other initiatives.
- Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation pertaining to direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance issues.
- Educate our business clients/partners, Twitch Tax team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders ranging from junior to executive level regarding various tax issues and our technical analysis and recommendations.
- Socialize final tax requirements with different Twitch internal teams, such as Legal, Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, etc.
