What is tax help?

Tax help refers to professional assistance or guidance provided to individuals or businesses regarding their tax-related questions and obligations. This can include help with preparing and filing tax returns, understanding tax laws, finding eligible deductions and credits, and resolving issues with tax authorities. Tax help can be provided by certified public accountants (CPAs), tax preparers, enrolled agents, or through free resources such as IRS assistance programs. Job description

Tax Resolution Sales Closer (Remote) โ€“ Closers Only

Clear Path Tax Help is looking for a proven phone sales professional who knows how to close. We can teach tax resolution. We cannot teach hunger, discipline, confidence, and the ability to ask for the sale.

This is not an order-taking position. This is a high-performance sales role for professionals who consistently close business over the phone and thrive in a results-driven environment.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of verifiable phone sales closing experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Comfortable asking for money and closing on the first call
  • Experience selling high-ticket services preferred
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Professional home office with reliable internet
  • CRM experience
  • Self-managed and accountable

You May Be a Fit If You Have Sold:

  • Tax resolution
  • Debt settlement
  • Merchant cash advances
  • Legal services
  • Insurance
  • Mortgage products
  • Business services
  • Financial services
  • High-ticket coaching or consulting

You Are NOT a Fit If:

  • You need constant supervision
  • You are uncomfortable discussing money
  • You blame leads, management, or the economy for poor performance
  • You are looking for a "work-from-home lifestyle" job
  • You avoid asking for the sale

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone consultations with taxpayers facing IRS or state tax problems
  • Build trust quickly
  • Identify client needs and financial situation
  • Present solutions with confidence
  • Collect retainers and signed agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Follow up with prospects and close pending opportunities

Compensation

  • Base salary plus aggressive commission structure
  • Profit-sharing opportunities for top performers
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • Performance bonuses
  • Ground-floor opportunity with a rapidly growing company

What Makes This Different

Most companies hire employees.

We are looking for a future partner.

The right person will help build this company from the ground floor and participate in its success. Top performers will have access to profit-sharing opportunities unavailable in traditional sales positions.

Final Note

If you've spent the last five years being the top producer, not the excuse maker, we want to talk to you.

If your former managers would describe you as a closer, not a "salesperson," apply.

When applying, include:

  1. Total years of phone closing experience
  2. Your best documented sales year
  3. Average monthly sales volume
  4. Industries sold
  5. Why you believe you are among the top 10% of closers

Closers only. Results matter.
