As a Senior Associate in Aprio's Tax department, a typical day might include:ย 

  • Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance servicesย 
  • Working closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategiesย 
  • Expect minimal to no travel requiredย 
Qualifications:
  • Recent work experience with an accounting firmย 
  • 2-3 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting ย 
  • Professional Services focused preferred
  • Experience handling multi-state tax returns
  • Experience in Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returnsย 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsย 
  • Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technologyย 
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Accountingย 
  • Master's degree in taxation preferredย 
  • Licensed CPAย
