About Removery

Join us at Removery - the global leader in laser tattoo removal. We aim to normalize tattoo removal and empower people to feel comfortable in their skin. We provide the highest quality of service and care at every stage of our clients’ removal or fading journeys.

Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands. Now, with more than 150 studios located in the United States, Canada, and Australia, and over 2 million successful treatments to date – we’ve raised the standard for the entire industry.

Using best-in-class innovative PicoWay® laser technology, we ensure safe and effective tattoo removal. The foundation is in place to continue growing globally, as we are committed to making tattoo removal safe and accessible to as many people as we can.

Position Overview

Removery is looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products that power our client experience and studio operations. Sitting within the Product & Technology organization and reporting to the Chief Systems and Digital Officer, this role sits at the intersection of client experience, operational efficiency, and enterprise systems.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Contact Center to define and deliver digital experiences across web, mobile, CRM, and in‑studio platforms, from the moment a client books their first appointment through their full treatment journey.

This is a high-impact, hands‑on role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a product requirements document, digging into data to understand user behavior, and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders around a shared roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that supports Removery's growth goals, studio expansion, and evolving client needs.
  • Translate business objectives set by the CSDO and Senior Leadership Team into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term platform scalability as Removery expands domestically and internationally.

Digital Client Experience

  • Own the end‑to‑end digital client journey — booking, communications, treatment follow‑up, payments, and loyalty — across web, mobile, and CRM.
  • Identify friction points in conversion funnels and drive improvements through continuous discovery, testing, and iteration.
  • Ensure digital products meet high standards for usability, accessibility, reliability, and performance.

Studio & Operational Tools

  • Partner with Operations and studio teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities where product improvements can drive studio productivity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the product thinking around in‑studio technology, scheduling systems, and staff‑facing tools.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work daily with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to move initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement.
  • Serve as a clear communicator of product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with the data and analytics team to ensure products are instrumented correctly and outcomes are tracked against defined KPIs.

Vendor & Platform Coordination

  • Collaborate with the CSDO and technology team on product decisions involving third‑party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, booking systems, payment integrations).
  • Provide input on build‑vs‑buy decisions and help evaluate new tools and platforms.
Position Specifics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university (or equivalent professional experience); Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer‑facing or multi‑location services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and ship products end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Experience working with CRM, booking, or e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems environments (ERP, CRM, payment systems) is helpful but not required.
  • In‑depth knowledge of web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and data management.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of security & compliance frameworks such as PCI, HIPAA & NIST.
  • Experience with Cyber Security planning, Security Roadmap, Risk Management & Incident Response.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Cloud, SalesForce, and SQL.
  • Multi‑Unit experience preferred.
  • Start‑up experience preferred.
  • Security Certification preferred (CISSP or CISM).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision with HRA option, STD and LTD.
  • 50 k in Life Insurance, at no cost to you! Plus, the option to purchase more.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off.
  • Paid Parental Leave.
  • Eight (8) company paid holidays.
  • 8 hours of paid volunteer time per year.
  • 401K with generous Company Match.
  • Team Member Referral Bonus Program.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Collaborative work environment with an amazing culture committed to diversity and inclusion.
