The Role:
As the Studio Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our studios. You will balance administrative excellence with hands-on team leadership, ensuring both locations operate smoothly, safely, and profitably. You will not only manage the day-to-day business but also immerse yourself in the culture of body art, including becoming an expert in high-quality body jewelry.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Unit Operations: Oversee daily operations at both El Monte and Long Beach locations, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.

Team Leadership: Train new staff, manage schedules, and foster a positive, productive, and creative environment.
Performance & Sales: Take ownership of store performance, drive sales targets, and plan/execute marketing and promotional events to increase traffic.

Communication: Act as the primary liaison between management and artists, ensuring clear communication, professional synergy, and a smooth workflow.

Administrative Duties: Handle professional correspondence via email and phone, manage bookings/inquiries, and maintain high standards of studio cleanliness and hygiene.

What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in retail management, hospitality, or the tattoo/piercing industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time between two locations.
A "lead-by-example" attitude toward studio cleanliness and customer service.
Ability to learn quickly and become an expert in jewelry materials, safety standards, and piercing terminology.
Exceptional communication skills—you must be comfortable navigating conversations with creative professionals and clients alike.
Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for the body art industry.

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you are the right fit for this multi-unit management role.
