Amoritas Vineyards Tasting Room, nestled in the heart of Lake Leelanau, MI, is seeking an enthusiastic Tasting Room Shift Lead to join our team. Whether you're a wine aficionado or eager to grow your knowledge, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, hospitality, and wine education.

What You'll Do

As our Tasting Room Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the tasting room. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring smooth operations during your time on duty.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and sharing the story of Amoritas Vineyards with our guests.
  • Guiding wine tastings and helping guests discover their new favorite wines.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ensuring the tasting room is well-stocked and organized.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards, including obtaining TAM or SIPS certification (preferred but can be obtained after employment).
