Job description

Responsibilities
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Task Order Manager to oversee and coordinate programs related to cryptologic support and cybersecurity operations supporting the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW). Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in program management, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Travel required up to 15%.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Min of 16 years exoerience w/o a degree or 14 years experience with AS/AA or 12 years experinece with BS/BA or 10 Years Experience with MS/MA
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks).
  • Strong understanding of cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, CI/Polygraph eligibility is be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting the 363 ISRW or similar military organization.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
