Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Merchandising Activity Planning, leads the development and execution of merchandise content and strategic initiatives for key business units. This role ensures alignment across resources, manages complex projects, and provides operational insights to senior leadership. By overseeing content delivery for events and programs, the position supports seamless store execution while minimizing disruption. The role drives continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams, prioritizes business strategies, and fosters a high-performing environment focused on achieving measurable results and advancing organizational goals.
About the team:
The team supports the Merchandising organization by planning and executing Seasonal and Corporate Events that align with business objectives. They manage merchandise initiatives, develop and deliver content for event programs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution. The team drives strategic initiatives, identifies risks, and adapts plans to meet operational needs. With strong leadership and communication, they prioritize key business strategies and foster continuous improvement. Their work enables effective merchandising presentations and contributes to the overall success of the organization’s event programs.

  • Leads cross-functional teams through large-scale highly complex strategic corporate and seasonal initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders and gain alignment on needed deliverables.
  • Leads change initiatives from concept to implementation by managing technology solutions prioritizing change to meet business plans.
  • Develops best practices and strategies by leading a strategy team partnering with cross functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiative.
