What you'll do:
  • Drive consistency across automation programs, deployment teams, vendors, and site stakeholders
  • Own and evolve deployment standards, playbooks, implementation best practices, and project artifacts.
  • Establish installation quality standards, acceptance criteria, audit practices, and corrective-action processes.
  • Develop KPIs to measure project health, quality, financial performance, testing readiness, and execution effectiveness.
  • Support governance of capital budgets, procurement activities, purchase orders, invoice approvals, vendor performance, and change controls.
  • Coach project managers, engineers, and deployment leaders on standards, execution discipline, and quality expectations.
  • Create reusable tools, templates, and training materials that improve onboarding, field readiness, and execution consistency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  •  5+ years leading large-scale programs, automation deployments, implementation projects, PMO initiatives, or project controls work.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with complex stakeholder groups.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Quality, or related project/program management certification.
  •  Experience with supply chain automation, material handling systems,  industrial systems, or construction / commissioning environments.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Builds scalable systems, standards, and processes in complex environments. 
  • Uses KPIs to identify gaps and OKRs to drive improvement.
  • Drives accountability through governance, quality discipline, and executive visibility.
