Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager Order Entry to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Itasca, IL. The Project Manager will oversee the order entry process, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage project timelines, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of office furniture projects. This role involves expediting orders, managing logistics, performing inspections, and ensuring projects are delivered to specification while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Strong Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and oversee furniture projects
  • Experience with Inspection procedures to oversee quality control of delivered products
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as project management and order entry systems
  • Previous experience in the office furniture or contract furniture industry is a plus
