Job description

Job Summary:
Avèro Advisors is a fast-growing boutique management consulting firm that modernizes technology and business operations for state and local governments. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to own and execute critical work-streams within system implementations, focusing on project management, resource management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned work-stream(s) of an ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
• Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to define requirements, map processes, and configure systems in your designated area(s).
• Lead and guide a team of business analysts and other project team members within your assigned work-stream(s).
• Proactively identify and manage risks within assigned work-streams. Escalate potential impact on the broader project to the Program Manager. Develop and implement solutions to keep your project components on track.
• Where required, work with external partners to manage technical integrations and align on requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Client Success, team members, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation as per defined standards.
• Participate in the development of test plans for assigned work-stream(s). Support execution of testing and UAT, ensuring issues are addressed.

• Based in and with the ability to commute to the Portland, OR area
