  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Support hotel transitions, leadership changes, special projects, and turnaround efforts
  • Work directly alongside hotel teams to drive improvement and build momentum
  • Help create positive cultures that encourage engagement, accountability, and growth

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
  • Hotel General Manager experience required
  • Multi-property or Task Force experience preferred
  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills
  • Proven ability to build, train, and retain teams
  • Experience leading front desk, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations
  • Strong understanding of labor management and hotel financial performance
  • Ability to quickly assess operations and prioritize improvements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a hotel, quickly assess the operation, build credibility with the team, and create positive momentum.

They understand how to recruit quality team members, establish structure, improve productivity, strengthen service standards, and help hotels return to the fundamentals that drive long-term success.

They are comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working alongside the team, coaching department leaders, and creating sustainable improvements that remain in place long after the assignment is complete.

Most importantly, they know how to inspire people, develop future leaders, and create a culture where teams take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
