Job Description

The Task Manager shall assist the Government in executing its Partner-coordination and governance responsibilities by planning and providing administrative support for Government working groups, meetings, and events. Events may take place on-site at client facilities or off-site, as requested by the Government, at varying classification levels depending on the subject matter and the Government's direction. The Government may request that the Task Manager make arrangements for off-site locations. The Task Manager shall be responsible for all meeting or event preparation and logistical support before, during, and after the event or meeting through closeout activities of the meeting or event.

The dissemination of documentation and correspondence to public, private sector, and other Government offices is vital to meeting the client's mission. The Task Manager shall coordinate, prepare, and ensure accurate input for taskings. The Task Manager shall prepare briefing books and other relevant presentation materials, as required. The Task Manager shall also be responsible for assisting with the development, maintenance, and tracking of legislative language, program plans, processes, schedules, and digital filing systems as well as internal and external taskings. 

Task Manager (Senior)

  • Supports the Client's Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS) executive-led organizations at the Assistant Directors of National Intelligence (ADNI), National Intelligence Managers (NIM), National Intelligence Council, and the Mission Performance, Analysis and Collection (MPAC) office level
  • Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems, including client's N-CERTS system, Office of Legislative Affairs Congressional Action Tracking System (CATS), and internal/external emails
  • Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all client administrative management systems
  • Coordinates actions with proper element within the Client's organization and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
  • Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing client staff packages for their organization
Qualifications

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant MS applications, including Visio
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful solutions
  • Extensive experience assisting with the development, maintenance, and tracking of legislative language, program plans, processes, schedules, and digital filing systems as well as internal and external taskings
  • Highly proficient technical writing capability is desired

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Ability to understand U.S. Federal Government business needs, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
