As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will involve:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic relationship with clients via virtual platforms.
• Empathy, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage remote therapy sessions effectively.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a deep understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and experience working in community health settings will be especially valued. Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and methodologies will also be a significant advantage.

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload. Additionally, we offer:
