Responsibilities include opening and managing personal injury claims, communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, and ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the case. You will request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, track deadlines, and assist with general case preparation.
