Job description

ServiceNow Architect
Client: Veterans Affairs
POP: 12+ months
Location: Remote; If local to DMV must report to Herndon, VA
US Citizen
SCOPE
The VA TXP ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architect and design of the TXP program in ServiceNow HRSD.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
  • 5+ years of lead implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
  • 8+ years of engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
  • 5+ years of engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
  • 5+ years of creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation
  • 8+ years of understanding and designing integrations and interfaces with other systems
  • 8+ years of understanding and designing data models
  • 8+ years of excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • ServiceNow HRSD Certification
  • Understanding of other ServiceNow products
  • Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer
  • Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows
  • Master's degree
