Job description

Physical Therapy Clinic Aide


Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has two full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide openings at our NEW Olympia Clinic. Clinic Aides are responsible for assisting all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility of a clinic aide is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones), laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other tasks. Aides are under close supervision by both physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL, NON-TREATING POSITION.

This position will start on July 1, 2026. The schedule will be Monday Friday (No Saturdays), 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. OR 9:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m., 40 hours a week. This position comes with an excellent benefits package, including medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
