  • 24 hour call shifts, approximate 7-8 consecutive days/nights of call.
  • Average number of surgical cases per day: 1
  • Level II Trauma Level
  • Annual ER Volume: 65,000
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 4
  • Description of OR Staff: Dedicated Neuro-Ortho surgery team, will have an APP for all cases
  • Patient Demographic: Adult
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

  • Cranial Burr Holes
  • Intracranial Pressure Monitor or Insertion of, Intracranial Hemorrhage
  • Tumor Removal
  • Braid Bleed Stoppage
  • Trauma Repair
  • Shunt Insertion or Revision
  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Neurocritical Conditions

  • Must be able to cover ALL the dates above - REQUIRED (Facility is not accepting providers who cannot cover these dates)
  • Board Certified (ABNS) or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
  • IA License or IMLC/LOQ - REQUIRED (Copy of IMLC required at time of name clear)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, APLS, NALS or ATLS - REQUIRED
  • Experience with Adult and Trauma Neurosurgery cases - REQUIRED
