• Conduct remote therapy sessions using our secure online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to create a warm, engaging atmosphere for clients.
• Assess clients' needs through thoughtful conversation and targeted questioning, compiling comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment direction.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to individual client goals, employing evidence-based strategies and therapeutic modalities.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as sessions evolve to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all client interactions diligently, maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to provide holistic care, optimizing referral practices, and information sharing.
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health by participating in training and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will connect with a diverse client base seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your work will primarily involve adult clients, but you may also engage with adolescents and families, tailoring your approaches to meet specific age-related challenges. Your ability to empathically understand and address the unique needs of each client is paramount to their healing process.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following is essential: LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, showcasing proficiency in therapeutic techniques and approaches that resonate with varied patient needs.
• Proficiency and comfort in utilizing technology for remote sessions is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the building of trust and rapport with clients.
• The ability to thrive independently while also collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in a teletherapy setting, with knowledge of digital counseling tools and ethical considerations specific to remote therapy.
• Before working restrictions and regulations pertaining to mental health practice across state lines is valuable.
• A commitment to ongoing education and training in the latest evidence-based practices.
