Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Weston, FL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. Duties include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing expense reports, and facilitating communication between departments. The role also involves handling confidential information, preparing documents, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
