The right individual will be self-motivated, competitive, relationship-focused, and excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful within a well-established and growing organization.

If you enjoy the challenge of earning business, building strong contractor relationships, and operating with a high level of autonomy, this could be the career move you have been looking for.

Compensation

  • $60,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Strong Long-Term Growth Opportunity

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Life & AD&D Insurance
  • Long-Term Disability (LTD)

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout the territory by building relationships with roofing contractors, builders, and industry professionals

  • Promote residential roofing products and accessory systems to both new and existing customers
  • Become a trusted advisor to contractors by understanding their business needs and helping provide solutions
  • Support and grow contractor loyalty programs within the territory
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and prospects
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through CRM management and territory planning
  • Work closely with branch leadership to develop market strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Increase market share through consistent territory development and customer engagement
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Attend industry events, trainings, meetings, and customer functions as required

What We're Looking For

  • Outside sales experience preferred, ideally within building materials, roofing, construction, or distribution
