Job Title: Product Manager, Industrial Products

Salary: $55,000-$95,000


About the Company and Opportunity:

Join a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, renowned for delivering high‑performance industrial and consumer power equipment. This role offers the chance to drive product strategy and launch innovative solutions across diverse distribution channels, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that outline business cases, high‑level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in development, QA, and release, balancing resources to ensure organizational success.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate the company across primary market segments.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Proven success overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience launching products sold within consumer retail, independent dealers, rental, and industrial distribution channels.
  • Solid understanding of e‑commerce, retail, and industrial buying environments.
  • Background in outdoor power equipment or power tool industry.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
