Join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team, which plays a significant role in attracting and hiring talent across Fitch Group. Our team partners closely with business leaders to support hiring needs across a range of functions and levels, while delivering a thoughtful and positive candidate experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in building a strong foundation in recruiting and talent acquisition.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support recruiting efforts for graduate and early-career hiring, helping to identify and engage emerging talent.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing activities, including talent mapping, resume review, and outreach to prospective candidates through tools like LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to special projects across the Talent Acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives, talent market research, and reporting.
  • Help maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support day-to-day recruiting operations.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support a smooth hiring process, including the use of scheduling tools to facilitate interview coordination.

You May Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have a bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • You are interested in supporting graduate recruiting, sourcing, and early-career hiring in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • You have strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • You have strong communication skills and a professional presence and enjoy collaborating with people and building relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing tools, or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required.
