Position Overview

Joining at a pivotal moment of transformation, this role is the end-to-end owner of IT/Digital & Marketing talent acquisition outcomes.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is not a requisition processor. This is a full-cycle recruiting leader and strategic advisor responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent across the enterprise.

You will partner directly with technology leaders to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive decision velocity. From intake through offer, you will own the process and outcomes ensuring we bring in high-caliber talent that accelerates our digital and business priorities.

This role requires deep expertise in IT, Digital and Marketing recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency, precision, and influence.

Core Accountabilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for IT, digital, and eCommerce roles-from intake through offer and onboarding

  • Lead intake discussions to define success profiles, technical requirements, and hiring strategies

  • Drive candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

  • Ensure a high-quality, efficient, and consistent hiring process aligned to business needs

Technical Talent Strategy & Market Expertise

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in IT talent markets, including engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, and digital roles

  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across passive and active talent pools

  • Leverage market insights to advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, and competitive positioning

  • Continuously build diverse pipelines aligned to inclusion goals

Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leaders, influencing hiring decisions and elevating talent standards

  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize roles, align on expectations, and calibrate throughout the process

  • Challenge thinking and provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes

  • Ensure alignment across HR Business Partners, Compensation, and TA leadership

Candidate Experience & Closing Excellence

  • Deliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience that reflects Signet's brand and values

  • Assess candidates against both technical capability and leadership behaviors

  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and closing with a focus on securing top talent

  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage pipeline, track progress, and ensure data integrity

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, search progress, and hiring risks

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency

  • Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, including employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruiting innovation

Experience & Successful Profile

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT, digital, or technical roles

  • Proven track record of hiring across technical domains (e.g., engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, eCommerce)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders

  • Experience sourcing passive talent using modern tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)

  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

If based in New York City office, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Annual base pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
